Problems when synchronizing Bookworks between MemoToo & FF 2.0.0.1

Hi there!
Somehow I can't get the sync between FF & MemoToo work properly for me... I'm using the BookmarksSynchronizer 1.0.3 as recommend on the MemoToo website (resp. the linked Geckozone website) and have adjusted my settings as suggested there.
Now FF keep asking whether I want to trust the deviating certificates (www.memotoo.com instead of sync.memotoo.com), and whether I really want to delete the Bookmark Toolbar folder (which I don't want to, but I have to say yes anyway because otherwise the sync is aborted right away) and when it syncs, it produces quite some strange results: folders that have a black bar behind their names & folder without names, the content of which is indentical to that of the barred folders. Any suggestions how this can be resolved?
Also, I'm unable to delete an empty folder from my bookmarks inside of MemoToo?
