Hi,
I have been using an addresbook synch memotoo>GMX for a long time.

Since recently it doesn't work anymore. Already tried to delete and re-create the connect, it just says "Sync GMX - Error: Problem during export contacts to GMX" without any further detail.

Also strange: It not only stopped working, my GMX address book also has been left empty?!

Any advise?

Hi Thomas,

thanks for the response. Unfortunately there seems to be a different issue now: Even after deleting and re-connecting the GMX contacts synch, it looks like it does just nothing: It asks for the credentials for GMX, but after clicking "synch" it doesn't do anything - no synch history, no error message, no update on GMX side...

Any idea?

I have checked your account and your sync with GMX works fine.
Click on the button "Sync GMX" (at bottom left) in your Address Book:
