For some weeks the birthday email reminder does not work any more. It is still activated, but there is no email recieving. Can you help me? Do you have the same problem? Thank you very much!

Strange I have checked and the emails of birthday reminder are sent each night.
May be theses emails go in your Spam folder mailbox ?

The problem is when Memotoo send one e-mail to your e-mail address, your e-mail server cause this problem:
Connection timed out with mx2.kontent.com

May be it refuse connection for Memotoo IP server: 195.154.221.122

No Idea why this error-message occurs, all other mails I can recieve. I will use another mail-adress. Thank you

I contacted my mail host. He needs the exact error return mail to specify the problem. Can you help me with this? Thank you!
