Error when syncing with Outlook Outlook Web AccessRSS Feed

Hi there, I's appreciate some help with this

I get following error when syncing memotoo with Outlook Web Access

Error: An internal server error occurred. The operation failed.

I configured memotoo as follows:
Sync a Exchange Server or Outlook Web Access
url: https://webmail.xxxxxx/OWA/
e-mail: domain\username
Calender and Contacts are set to be synced from only memotoo to company server

Connecting to the server using a PC with a webbrowser works fine.

Memotoo try to sync " https://webmail.xxxx/EWS/Exchange.asmx" and not " https://webmail.xxxxxx/OWA/".
Memotoo can not sync "/OWA/"...

Thomas, thanks for your reply

I tried as you suggested, but the error message remaines the same.

I did however notice that at this time using a web browser to connect to the email server didn't work either (it did work in past). Maybe the problem is at the server side and that may be the cause of the error. I'll investigate is the coming days and come back on this forum with the result of my investigation.

It turned out they were migrating on the server side. Now they are done, but I still can't sync. My best guess is that they disabled EWS for some security reason (that would fit the company profile). End of story.
