vCard 2.1 export format error

Greetings,
Thanks for the quick support you have given me for the yahoo sync, but now i have other issues, sadly enough related to vCard. When I export my notes from my contact information in vCard 2.1 format - it escapes all the commas with a backslash characters - it was not like that before i think, and this is NOT seem to be supported by vCard 2.1 - therefore on my nokia phones, when syncing now all my notes in my contacts have additional backslashes.

Two solutions i see:
- Encode everything in quoted-printable when it has a comma
- Do not add the backslash character as per the standard

Regarding vCard 3. i have not checked the standard, so i am not sure if there is any issue.

Ask my contacts to update their information
