Outlook Outlook with ActiveSync: Duplicates in Web Address BookRSS Feed

After adding contacts via Outlook 2013 and ActiveSync, I'm winding up with duplicates of each contact after doing and Send and Receive All in Outlook. This may be related to the fact that I'm syncing contacts locally from one Exchange server to my MemoToo ActiveSync account. Can you provide any insight into why this is happening?

Have you added both sync with ActiveSync and sync with Funambol/OneMediaHub plugin ?
