I have installed the OneMediaHub application to sync with Outlook 2013 32-bit on Windows 7 64-bit.

The sync does not work. The error message is "Error accessing Redemption.MAPIUtils object."

Following the instructions I checked all instances of the path in RegEdit and get this path as a result:

C:\Program Files (x86)\OneMediaHub\Redemption.dll

However, the path you are showing as correct is

"C:\Program Files (x86)\OneMediaHub\Redemption.dll")

Looking at the placement of quotation marks and brackets, which on is correct to make this functional?

Strange I had never this problem after replacing the good path of Redemption.dll in Regedit ...
May uninstall and install again the plugin ?
