I'm syncing my memotoo contacts with my Sony Xperia T. All contacts are being synced, but unfortunately the contact groups are not (all contacts are in one flat list).

Is there a way to get my groups synced to my android phone?

Sorry Philipp but the contact group can not be synced with Android ...
