My memotoo accounts syncs to a zimbra server. Sync is set up Zimbra > Memotoo only. New contacts created in Zimbra show up in memotoo, but if I edit a contact in Zimbra the change does not show up in Memotoo.

Strange that the contact modified is not updated in Memotoo... Can you give an example of contact modified in your Zimbra server and not updated in Memotoo ? (send me this information by email)

Followup on this thread. The problem is that memotoo does not automatically sync with our zimbra server. It only works if I log in to memotoo and manually sync. No problem with memotoo to blackberry, that sync is initiated on the blackberry.

For the sync between memotoo and zimbra, I have set the sync to perform regularly, but it never works beyond the first time. In a prior email exchange your office set the sync, but even that did not work. How can we set this to sync periodically? I would like to have it done at least 4 times per day. More often is ok.

Ok so modify your Zimbra synchronization and modify the schedule of sync to "each hour".

Tom, I have done that many times. The setting does not "stick". The memotoo browser interface on that page does not tell you what the current setting is. It only allows you to change it. I set it to hourly again today, but I have done that at least six times before with no luck.

Ok Don. Now I have forced for your account to do not disable if the synchronization take more 30 seconds. (it was the raison why the schedule sync was disabled)

Tom - looks like that fixed it. It has been syncing each hour since you did that. Maybe consider changing your default to allow more time. Thank you.
