Failure to import contacts from vcf fileRSS Feed

After failing to use Syncevolution to synchronise my addressbook (see separate message) I attempted to import into my Memotoo addressbook a vcf file with the contacts. The process carries on, and then stops halfway, when the browser goes blank, and " https://www.memotoo.com/contactsVCF.php" appears in the url bar.

The file is fine, as I have imported the file into gmail with no issues.

What can I do to import this file?
