I am really upset!

i deleted all my Data because of a bug in the settings for a SyncML account.

But..
let me explain how i did get there.
I had problems with a single contact.
This contact wassnt on my external SyncML-account.
So i tried a forced sync to this account.
This did not help. So i deleted all contacts on externeal SyncML acocunt an did a normal sync.
Now all my contacts where gone.
Why?

Before i did the forced update the sync direction was : Memotoo >> external SyncML
After the forced sync this setting doesn't change (back) to Memotoo >> external SyncML as expected.
It changes to Both ways !!!
Now deleting contacts on externeal SyncML deletes them on Memotoo..


How to perform step by Step:
1: Sync direction e.g. for contacs is: Memotoo >> external SyncML
2: Perform a forced complete sync (Memotoo >> external SyncML)
3: Sync direction e.g. for contacs now is: Both ways !!!!!!!!!

Cant belive I am paying money for this!!

Ok now it is corrected.

When you will do a force Memotoo >> external SyncML, after the sync will be only force Memotoo >> external SyncML.

HELL..
its not working again !!

i am syncing a N900 with the "SyncEvolution" Software to Memotoo.

I choose "complete Sync Memotoo >> N900"
I start sync on SyncEvolution.
Now SyncEvolution asks me if I want to do a
1.: Slow Sync
2.: refresh from client
3.: refresh from server

I have nothing chosen.
yust to be sure i made a look at the actual settings in Memotoo.
And again! Its changed to "Both Ways" !!!!!!!

Until now i spendet 2 complete days to get a relaiable sync.
Bet everytime contacts are deleted..
or calendar events are not synced or even deleted ( I mised two meetings this week because of this)..
or (just to count on more thing) X-ICQ informations are not synced completely..
and so on..

I think Memotoo and Syncevolution is not "just working" like your Wiki says!
