Yearly recurring events displayed on wrong date

I have added a remote calendar to my Memotoo calendar which contains a yearly recurring event: End of DST on the last sunday of October.
However, this event is not displayed correctly, instead it is displayed on the same date as the start date of the event.
When I manually create an event I cannot even specify a recurrence per year. To achieve this I would have to set a recurrence per 12 months. This way the event IS displayed correctly.

This is the ICS syntax of the event from the remote calendar that is recurring once a year:

The event I created manually has the following syntax:

It seems the line that Memotoo doesn't handle correctly is: RRULE:FREQ=YEARLY;INTERVAL=1;BYMONTH=10;BYDAY=-1SU

So there are two issues here actually:
1. Events recurring every year at a certain day offset (e.g. last sunday of the month) are not displayed on the correct date
2. When adding an event with yearly recurrence, there is no way to specify such an offset, which is however supported by the ICS format.
