"invalid credentials" on bb OS 5.0

I had to reinstall the plugin, and ever since, i haven't been able to connect. I followed the instructions on your website to sync with the Blackberry Bold 9000, it says to put in username "nadinehusain", my password (which i double-checked, and i know it's right because i am logged in here on the website with that password), and that the server info should be either https://sync.memotoo.com/syncml or https. For a few days, it kept saying "wrong URL" or "network error". today, the only error message i get is "invalid credentials". i dont' understand. i have used this for months, and now it's not working??? and yes, i did download the plugin for 5.0 AFTER i deleted the plugin for OS 4.7 <.

please help
