New Problem: calendar events show alarms, but there aren't anyRSS Feed

Events I added recently appear to have an alarm set, but the alarm is never emailed to the attendees, and a call to https://www.memotoo.com/calendarICS.php shows that no alarm is set for these events. When I look at them in the calendar interface, though, it shows that the alarm is set.

I have found Memotoo to be pretty quirky and have spent a lot of time making workarounds for all the stuff that doesn't work right, but this renders it pretty much useless for me.

Can you give an example of event that have no email sent to the attendees ?
An can you give an example of event that have no alarm in " https://www.memotoo.com/calendarICS.php" and one in the calendar interface ?
