just subscribed to memotoo to find out that when i add an event in lightning on TB, and set a reminder, after the next sync with memotoo the reminder is gone...
a memotoo-bug? a TB-bug? a lightning-bug? or a not implemented function in memotoo-sync?

any reply here??? i thought by subscribing and paying for the service i would become some basic kind of support... at least an answer like "we are looking into this, please be patient" or so...

...this is really weird and unsatisfactory... no reply at all from the developer yet... its been now almost 4 weeks since my initial posting??? am i on the wrong forum ???

Hi there,
You are not in the wrong forum. I also have experience some (major) delay in responses or lack of it with earlier posts.
I am sure the developer of Memotoo is trying to improve the service as fast and as well as he can.

Although I do agree that at least a response like "will be looking into this..." would be much better for customer service/friendliness.

a short reply would be awesome, i feel like talking to a wall...
its a great service, but if the support is that bad i for sure will not renew my subscription...

Sorry for the delay to correct this problem ... I have time problem to manage the new features for Memotoo and reply to the users. I will try to improve it

Now it's OK, try again to synchronize Lightning, the alarms will appear.

wow!!! thanks a lot thomas! just before your email arrived i noticed that my alarms are actually reminding me!!! great work!
sorry for being so unparient before, but as mentioned, i small line dropping like "looking into it" would be enough in order for a user to know "there IS somebody reading my posts and taking care of it"
everybody has now and then time + schedule problems, and i think everybody is understanding this (as long as he knows it)

i am happy!
