FF3.x SyncPlaces can send but not receive?RSS Feed

I have SynvPlaces 4.0.7 setup with Firefox 3.6.3 and it successfully sends bookmarks to MemoToo. However, when I try to receive bookmarks from MemoToo, I get a popup dialog saying: "Please select a Folder to load into", with a link for "More Information" and a OK button.

I've read everything on the link (which points to http://www.andyhalford.com/syncplaces/options.html#general) and looked through all the options in SyncPlaces but cannot get FF to receive without getting stuck at this point. A little help?
