When I sync my contacts with Thunderbird 3 (German version) and Funambol, some business and private fields are mixed up. As a private user with a private address book, I consider my contacts' private email addresses to be the "primary" ones. But Thunderbird's primary email maps to Memotoo's business email, and Thunderbird's secondary email maps to Memotoo's business email. Is there a way to fix this? I guess the mapping could be implemented either in the funambol plugin or in the Memotoo web-app.

In stead of using Funambol to synchronize your contacts, you could use the LDAP function in and fix the mapping in Thunderbird. I am not sure which mappings to change but I guess this link should give some hints how to:

Off course, the disadvantage of using LDAP in Thunderbird is that contacts are read-only, so no syncing back to Memotoo.
