I've tried to force a sync from Memotoo contacts into my Hotmail account, but I receive the error message "Sync Windows Live Contacts - Error: no contact in your Windows Live account (***@msn.com). Create one contact to permit the sync."
What should I do in order to fix this?

As the error says "Create one contact to permit the sync" I guess that's exactly what you need to do. Manually create at least one contact in the Windows Live account and then try to synchronize again.
