My calendar appointment times seem to have been changed. This just happened so I wonder if reversion to standard time from daylight time which just occired in US-Eastern is involved. Example: weekly recurring appointment chamged from 1900 to 0100!

smile Posted 2009-11-04 - 15:42     Subject: Daylight savings change...interesting issue

After the daylight savings time ended last week, the time of events on Memotoo and on my Windows Mobile phone changed. To correct them, I ran a new complete synchronization from my desktop Outlook, where all the events kept the correct time. The events now are showing the correct times on Memotoo again, but when I try to synchronize them again to my phone, the events that were set before the time change are keeping the wrong time on the phone. New events are coming ok. I did the whole "troubleshooting" steps and erased the events and performed full synchronizations from Outlook to Memotoo and from Memotoo to the phone, but it's still not working. The phone and the desktop are in the same timezone, GMT-5. Anyone has any suggestion about how to fix it?

Is the time shown in your calendar is good ?? (just under the calendar on the left)

You have just one hour of difference when you sync ?

The time and date on the calendar is good. Time change on the apppointments is - 18 hours = 1900 > 0100. Also, each recurring appointment is duplicated 24 hours later..

dorset47, I think the change came from Google Calendar. Is it the timezone is correct in Google ??

The fault was mine... I discovered that I had two calendars in Google and one was on GMT. I deleted that one and all is well. Sorry for the false alarm.
