Number problem syncing contacts with SE w880i

Hi@all

When I sync contacts with my Sony Ericsson w880i my phone numbers get totally messed up:

Example 1:
Contact in Memotoo:
Private: 1
Private Mobile: 2
Business: 3
Business Mobile: 4
Other: 5
Other Mobile: 6

After Sync Contact on SE:
Private: 6
Mobile: 1
Business: 3
Fax: 5
Other: 4

Example 2:
Contact in Memotoo:
Private: 1
Private Mobile: 2
Business Number: 3

After sync contact on SE:
Private: --
Mobile: 2
Business: 3
Other: 1

And the other way round:
Contact on SE:
Mobile: 1
Private: 2
Business: 3
Other: 4
Fax: 5

After sync contact on Memotoo:
Private: 4
Private Mobile: 1
Private Fax: 2
Business: 3
Business Fax: 5

Looks not usable to me at the moment. Does anyone know what's going on and how this problem could be addressed?
