My contacts are not sync'ing to my Blackberry Curve again. I have also expierenced contacts that were on my Blackberry have been removed during the sync process and will not re-sync back to my Blackberry, but they are still in my Memotoo contacts database.

You can force to sync them to your Blocakberry: http://wiki.memotoo.com/wiki/Sync_again_all_your_data

I followed the link and the instructions. Now I have duplicates of all my contacts on my Blackberry.

OK no problem, so:
1. go to the Funambol plugin in your BlackBerry
2. check only contacts for sync
2. select "Reset" and "Next" and "From server to BB"
-> your contacts in your BlackBerry will be deleted and Memotoo send all your contacts
