Synchronisation with Outloo

Hello,
I tried to install the funambol plugin for Outlook to synchronise the calenadr an the contacts.

It didn't work. The installations seems to be correct, but when I try to open funambol/options/sync/details fpr e.g. the calender I get the error "unable to initstantiate Microsoft Outlook.....". The sync also didn't work I get "an uninspected exeption has occurred". The error log has the following enties:

I'm using XP prof and outlook 2003

Can anybody help?
