Many dates repeat every 3 months, especially in the business world. E.g. I have to submit a tax form every quarter. Many dates also repeat every 2 weeks, e.g. the rubbish collection where I live.
It should be possible to include dates that repeat in such intervals.

You must use the repeat rules existing and you could do that with them:
- each quarter => each 3 months
- ...
