Since I have been reviewing and approving English and Dutch translations lately I took the liberty to change this label. Now the "per e-mail" part will be between parentheses indicating it is optional. Off course, this translation has to be validated by Thomas before it will show up on the website. To Thomas: My suggestion is that you change the French version as well to make the label more clear.

But I also agree with jmonin that the label may be confusing to users when it says "receive a reminder per e-mail" when in your settings "Receive an e-mail notification of tasks" is turned OFF. Maybe you could make the label dependant of the setting. For example, when the setting is on (default) show the text as it was already ("receive a reminder per e-mail") and when the setting is off show another text on the label (something like: "set a reminder")
