I'd love to have a memotoo email address to which i (or others) can send event invitations and tasks (e.g. from outlook). I can define which email addresses are allowed to send them.

You can receive the event invitations if you get your email with "My E-mail account" because when you will open the e-mail, Memotoo will propose to you add the invitation in your calendar.

Thomas, thanks for your reply but that's not what I need.

If I understood you correctly . I'd have to manually open the invitation.

Goal is to send an event/invitation from a non syncable (company) account (but with dedicated email address)to my "privat memotoo based calendar environment" ang get it added to the calendar without user interaction.

Technically spoken: A mailaccount like " accountid@customer.memotoo.com" accepting incoming invitations from a whitelisted mail address automatically.

Maybe a future feature of memotoo
