Hi,
First of all, I would like you to know that your doing a great job. I'm very happy with memotoo =)
Anyway, I've got a couple of suggestions:

1. I feel that all the form fields are much too wide. I find that confusing. Example: Adding a new contact.

2. For the calendar, I'd suggest you add a way to easaly add events such that times are recognised (similar to google calendar)

3. I think it would be nice to show the bookmarks on the left side (where the folders are) as well.

4. There are moving arrows next to the menu item "synchronise". I find them irritating.

5. Personaly, I don't like the colours and layout of the calendar (e.g. the yellow used for the events).

Then there is something I guess is hard to do:

6. It would be great to be able to use "drag & drop". Example: move an event in the calendar to a different day. Or: Move a contact into a folder.
that would save a lot of time.

I hope to get a reacon to this post. Until then, keep up the good work.
