Hi all,
sorry for this stupid question but I tried to synchronize my mobile phone contacts (name+number; Android phone Google Nexus S) with memotoo. I have 249 contacts in my mobile phone but only 164 have been transferred to memotoo. What can I do? I suppose it has something to do with where the contacts are saved (sim-card or phone) but I have no idea where to change that in my phone.

Hi Franziska

I think you can go in the settings of "Memotoo Sync" on your phone, go to "Advenced" and click on "Import Contacts", and select which address book you want sync with Memotoo

Hi Thomas, thank you. I tried that (settings > advanced > advanced settings) and I can change the "server name". But I don't know what to put there. The default setting is "card", thus I suppose this is the sim card. But what shall I insert instead for contacts which are saved on the phone?

Do not change the "server name", I told you to click on "Import Contacts", and select which "local" address book you want sync with Memotoo.

Thank you. I did that but failed. The memotoo app on my phone imports 247 contacs but when I log in to memotoo.com only 165 contacts are saved. I give up and will delete my memotoo account - sorry but I just don't know how to save this problem.

Can you force a complete sync of your contacts in memotoo app ?
Use Reset function and select "Mobile -> Server"
Memotoo Cloud My Address Book Ask my contacts to update their information
