I installed memotoo activesync in outlook 2013 on my pc and on my laptop. Everything was great on my pc and syncing well with memotoo online. I installed it to my laptop and the calendar and contacts folders are missing, as well as, my tasks and notes.

What did I do wrong or not do to sync with the contacts, calendar, tasks and notes from online?

With ActiveSync you can sync calendar, contacts and tasks.

It is strange that your laptop do not sync calendar and contacts.
