Need help with memotoo sync with OWARSS Feed

Hello. This weekend, I setup the OWA sync to link all my contacts to my work account. I have seen a ton issues and am not sure what to do with them all.
1. I have ~2500 contacts but in my work account, there are 14000 (depends on where you look). In memotoo, it says my work account had 14000, My outlook for work says 8900 and the OWA account says 8900. There are at least 4 copies of each contact in my work account now but they do not show up as duplicates in my memotoo.

2. Also, when I delete a contact in memotoo, it comes back (I think this is related to the problem above, where my work account keeps duplicating them).

HELP?????
