It's been said that one only gets one chance to make a positive first impression: my support request to Memotoo has gone unanswered! So I'm trying the forum. After this, I'm going to find another alternative.

Outlook 2013, 32 bit. / Win 7
I have ActiveSync working with outlook.com, so I know that my Outlook 2013 works.

IN A DIFFERENT OUTLOOK PROFILE, I set up Memotoo Active Sync. Here's the setup:

My Name: Daniel
E-Mail address: techjunkiewest@exchange.memotoo.com
Mail server: exchange.memotoo.com
User Name: techjunkiewest
Password: *****

Sorry not to have responded earlier but your email dated only 3 days! Your error log is a Funambol error log, not an ActiveSync error log. In your sync history, I have see you synced 3 Outlook: https://www.memotoo.com/my-account-sync-history.php Do you really sync 3 different Outlook ?

What I want to do is place my contacts and calendar on the Memotoo server and make that node the center of my technology world. With Memotoo at the center, I want to sync with gmail, my Android phone, my iPad, and my three Windows 7 systems. I do have ActiveSync working with the outlook.com Exchange Server but want to replace it with yours. How do I get rid of the three Exchange instances that I see on your sync history page? I would like to start over. I am excited by what I believe your product does, but need to see it work. I need your help. Is it better to ask for help via the Forum or by a support email? How do I delete two of the three Exchange instances I see in your sync history? I've done ActiveSync before with Outlook.com but would like to replace Microsoft's service with yours.
