How do I add a new contact to my memotoo account from my HTC One S?RSS Feed

Hi, I've installed memotoo onto my HTC One S and I've managed to import contacts from my phone onto my memotoo account but once thats been done once, I can no longer import them again

Also when I add a new contact to my phone I dont have the option to add it to the memotoo account so basicaly I now end up with a situation where any new contacts I add to my phone will not be synced to my memotoo account

Can anyone help?

Hello John

It is strange because normally, you have just to click and select "Memotoo" when you try to add a contact:


If you want import again the contact in Memotoo app: go in "Settings", "Advanced" and click "Import contacts"

Unfortunately I only see to have 3 options for when I add a contact which are Sim, my google account and Phone storage

I've tried re-installing a few time but not managed to get it to work

Also once I've imported once from one account, I can no longer import from that account again unless I reinstall the app

Could this be only a problem with the HTC Once S ?
