Windows Surface RT Exchange Setup ErrorRSS Feed

So just got my Windows Surface RT and I tried to connect the Mail, People, and Calendar apps to point to the memotoo account. I tried following the same instructions as for Windows 7 but I keep seeing an error that my account (????@exchange.memotoo.com) is not available. I can see that its trying to authenticate because I mistyped my password at first, but then it just doesn't find the ????@exchange.memotoo.com email as indicated in the Windows 7 setup instructions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the tip, but those are the instructions I was following with no success.

Hoever, I was finally able to get to to work!! I accidentally forgot to enter the domain "memotoo.com" and turns out that you should leave it blank (at least on the Windows RT Surface) and it was able to sync correctly. Works like a charm now!

Hopefully this tip will help others who might run into this issue.
