When adding an iCal (ICS) link to Outlook for my Memotoo calendar as an internet calendar subscription a number of warning messages are returned.

"Task 'Internet Calendar Subscriptions' reported error (0x00040013): There are two time zones with the same TZID: 'Europe/London'"

Upon inspecting an iCal export of my calendar data I can see 312 VTIMEZONE blocks scattered throughout the file each fully defining the Europe/London timezone (GMT/BST/BDST) from 1847 to present. The VTIMEZONE blocks all appear to be the same.

icalendar.org says of the RFC-5545 spec that "Multiple "VTIMEZONE" calendar components can exist in an iCalendar object. In this situation, each "VTIMEZONE" MUST represent a unique time zone definition" (my emphasis).
