Problems with "Sync a Exchange Server or Outlook Web Access"

Hello, I try syncing my OWA with Memotoo but always get one of the two errors:

1) Error: An internal server error occurred. The operation failed.
2) Error: Impossible to connect to outlook.office.com with e-mail XXX@YYY.ca: may be wrong login/password (you must arrive to connect with your login/password to https://outlook.office.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx)

I used these combinations:

Produce error 1:
a) https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx
b) https://outlook.office365.com/OWA

Produce error 2:
c) https://outlook.office.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx
d) https://outlook.office.com/OWA


The funny thing is that it actually started to sync but after some time passing. And I am not sure which exact combination worked out (there always was an error message). I overruled it with some other combination and it stopped working again.

I also tried a few other combinations with different email (I have 365 both for office and home). Could you help me to find out with what exact combination did sync become successful?

I have checked your account and I have seen that the sync works fine now with this URL:
https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx
